How we handle your data

What we store

Your account: your email address, name, a scrambled (hashed) version of your password, your plan, and the country you signed up from.
Your assistants: their settings, a copy of the text on your website, and anything you add (FAQs, prices, notes).
Conversations: the messages between your assistant and your website visitors, and the page they were on.
Leads: the name, email address and phone number a visitor chooses to share in a chat, and what they asked about.
Visit counts for our own website and sign-up pages: a random visitor id and where the visit came from (for example a Google ad). We don’t store IP addresses. The "try it" demo keeps a one-way scrambled version of the IP address to limit how many demos one person can make.

Card details. Payments are handled by Stripe, and we never see your card number.
Tracking cookies on your website. The chat bubble remembers the conversation in your visitor’s own browser, so a page reload carries on the chat, and that’s all.

Your data is stored and processed on Cloudflare’s network. Chat replies are written by AI models running on Cloudflare (Workers AI).
Your content and your customers’ chats are only used to run your assistant. They are never sold, and never used to train AI models.
Emails (lead alerts, password resets, tips) are sent through Cloudflare. Payments go through Stripe. If you sign in with Google, Google confirms who you are.

You, when you’re logged in. Each new lead is also emailed to you, if lead alerts are on.
We (Create A Agent) can access your data only to run the service, fix problems, or help when you ask us to.

Download your leads as a spreadsheet at any time from the Leads page.
Delete a knowledge source, or a whole assistant (with its conversations and leads), from its settings.
Delete your account from the Account page: your assistants, conversations, leads, emails we’ve sent you and visit records linked to your account are deleted straight away. Demos you didn’t keep are deleted after 24 hours.
